The type of room that customers booked at the search time was not estimated at the time of booking.

Check the pricing configuration for each room type.System must be configured to operate.

- Set up hourly rates.
- Set up overnight and all day rates.
Reason: 
Need to check that the search terms are correct with the reservation information.
 
Solution: 
1. Check the information of the reservation.
2. Check your search terms again.

 

Reason:
1. Wrong username or password.
2. Wrong hotel code after username. Username @ + Hotel code.
 
Solution:
1. Check that the password is correct or not. And login information is sent via the registration email.
2. Enter the correct account format: eg admin @ test. -> With the case that forgot login information. The user uses forget the password function in order to the system re-issue.
